The Greek word Arete, (pronounced ah-reh-‘tay), has no true translation to English, but the closest understanding we have of the word, is the idea of excellence in all things. The traditional assemblage of Arete is a blend from multiple blocks on the Estate dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon. It is a wine of power, grace and character that unapologetically says “I am Cabernet.” Join us in celebrating this humble pursuit of excellence!AROMA: Layered with aromas of blackberry and black tea with hints of violets and clove.
